piSun is seeking a qualified banker to develop and administer the Banking Alliance / Franchise ORG under the franchise agreement.
Role requirements
- Be a qualified banker with the experience and professional standing appropriate to lead a banking-sector franchise.
- Develop the Banking Alliance membership and administration model within the authority delegated by piSun.
- Develop Banking Alliance bylaws and participation requirements for banks and other eligible Alliance ORGs, subject to legal drafting, review, formal adoption, and applicable regulation.
- Work with participating banks and institutions without claiming ownership of those institutions or displacing their lawful governance or regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate with piSun's Legal Franchise function so the Banking Alliance bylaws and related governance materials can be formalized and protected for piSun.
Current position
piSun Legal Franchise ORG / Lead Law Firm
piSun is seeking a qualified law firm to lead the piSun Legal Franchise ORG and represent piSun's legal interests in the Alliance governance model, including drafting, formalization, publication, licensing, registration, intellectual-property work, and preparation for institutional onboarding.
Role requirements
- Provide two Head Attorneys for the Legal Franchise ORG.
- The two Head Attorneys are expected to bring in forty (40) attorneys of their own for the Legal Franchise ORG, subject to executed agreements, professional-responsibility rules, licensing, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Prepare, review, formalize, publish, register, license, and where appropriate secure copyright protection for piSun governance materials, including Banking Alliance bylaws.
- Establish the required work-made-for-hire, assignment, authorship, claimant, licensing, amendment, permitted-use, and jurisdictional terms in the executed legal instruments.
- Recognize that drafting or administering piSun governance materials does not itself transfer ownership of those materials to the law firm or its attorneys.
- Represent piSun in preparing the legal and governance side of national and institutional onboarding, including national stock exchanges and related market institutions beginning with London.
- Prepare piSun's side of the legal, contractual, identity, access, audit, intellectual-property, and operating framework needed for a lawful bridge from legacy-style market logins to piSun Patron biometric access, subject to applicable law, exchange rules, regulatory requirements, and institutional approval.
- Coordinate piSun's onboarding position with the separate National Alliance Legal Franchise, whose attorneys represent participating nations rather than piSun.
Current position
National Alliance Legal Franchise — Nation Representation
piSun is seeking two qualified attorneys to represent participating nations during entry into the piSun Alliance as Organization Members. This franchise is separate from piSun's own Legal Franchise and prepares the nation's side of national, institutional, and stock-exchange onboarding, beginning with London-related market participation.
Role requirements
- Provide two attorneys with the professional standing and cross-jurisdictional capability required to represent participating nations in Alliance onboarding; these attorneys do not represent piSun in that relationship.
- Work with participating nations to establish their piSun Alliance Organization Member relationship through the applicable agreements, governance instruments, and onboarding records.
- Gather the participating nation's existing laws, citizen protections, rights, restrictions, and applicable legal frameworks that must be preserved when piSun services are introduced.
- Coordinate the structured coding and governance representation of those laws and protections so PSOP can respect citizen protections and applicable national authority without replacing or overriding lawful sovereign institutions.
- Maintain clear separation between piSun Alliance governance and the participating nation's own governmental, sovereign, judicial, statutory, and constitutional authority.
- Prepare the participating nation's side of onboarding for national stock exchanges and related market institutions, beginning with London, including the nation's legal approvals, sovereign or governmental requirements, market-law obligations, institutional permissions, citizen and investor protections, and the records needed for Alliance participation.
- Represent the nation in reviewing and preparing the migration bridge by which piSun Patron biometric access may replace legacy-style usernames, passwords, and comparable conventional login credentials for this market-access genre, including identifying what the nation, its regulators, exchanges, and institutions must approve, preserve, prohibit, or require before such a transition can occur.
- Protect the participating nation's interests by ensuring that any migration preserves applicable national law, market rules, participant permissions, auditability, citizen and investor protections, institutional controls, data and identity requirements, and jurisdiction-specific legal obligations.
- Coordinate with, but remain legally distinct from, the piSun Legal Franchise so each side is prepared for negotiations, agreements, technical integration, onboarding, and continuing governance from its own represented party's perspective.
Current position
Academic / University Franchise
piSun is seeking a qualified academic-sector franchisee to contract with universities and colleges for piSun ORG participation, Patron enrollment, and the CampusID experience.
Role requirements
- Develop institutional relationships and execute approved piSun agreements with universities, colleges, and other participating academic institutions.
- Guide each participating institution through formation or recognition of its piSun Organization relationship and the applicable academic Alliance governance.
- Coordinate onboarding of student bodies, faculty, staff, and eligible employees into piSun Patron status while preserving the single authoritative piSun Patron member number for each person.
- Deploy and administer the CampusID experience for participating institutions, including school branding, student identity access, academic endpoints, and authorized campus services.
- Work with institutions so their existing student, employee, registrar, security, privacy, and academic policies remain distinct from piSun governance except where the institution expressly adopts a piSun participation rule or service.
